The Abeille Blanche ASBL provides a space of 275 m2 for all associations wishing to organize an event.

This space and the equipment is made available free of charge.
FACILITIES AND SERVICES

A 4.8m x 2.4m stage

Sound equipment (12-channel mixer + 2 active 2-way broadband speaker on feet) and lights provided.

A kitchen area that can be used as a bar (to be negotiated which part takes care of bar sales)

2 closed rooms of 25m2 and 30m2 (dressing rooms, workshops or other!)

15 tables and 30 chairs available

Around 90 seats (without chairs) and 250 standing places

PRICES AND CONDITIONS
The space is provided free of charge, subject to acceptance.
Regarding the conditions:

The event must respect our values (LGBTQIA+ friendly, etc.)

Any damage incurred will be the responsibility of the event organizer;

A prior meeting is OBLIGATORY
-
a guarantee of €250 is requested, and returned if the space is returned cleaned, tidy and within the agreed deadlines.
